Transforming a perfectly sited, yet uninspired spec home, into our client's custom dream house. The comprehensive undertaking included taking the interior and exterior down to its shell. We reconfigured the entire floorplan to enhance the breathtaking views of Mt Diablo and the Sunol Mountain range. Spanning three years, the project unfolded seamlessly, managed by the AP Team, while the clients were residing between London and Chicago. The landscape saw a full construction build-out, including an infinity pool and a yard, where previously was an unuasable hillside. This marked our third, of four, collaborations with the couple. As with their previous properties, each design is uniquely shaped by their travels.
